each building. TRTs will evaluate
their SWAT using a standardized rubric to asses work skills. SWAT
are expected to communicate regularly with their
assigned TRT concerning work projects, tickets, and expected

of required seminar classes and/or have a TRT evaluation below 75%
will need to reapply and interview again for reacceptance into the
